Our Company

In a corporate environment where pop-up companies run on venture capital and crossed fingers, it's reassuring to know that Neighborhood America was born and grown on the traditional model of steady, consistent hard work and proven results.

Co-founder and CEO, Kim Patrick Kobza, started the company from the ground up in 1999 using the principles of trust, expertise and innovation. As a land use attorney, Kim watched a lack of communication between developers and the community turn into costly, frustrating problems. The goal of opening up lines of communications beyond the traditional town meetings was then applied to business, where it evolved to provide real results for any enterprise.
