Position Description
The Web Architect will collaborate with the technical team to architect and design enterprise software products. This position is responsible for understanding end-to-end requirements and providing technical expertise in designing and maintaining our systems architectural standards and best practices. The Web architect will be responsible for documenting existing system architecture as well as, communicating new design concepts to the development team.

Requirements
This position requires expert knowledge of cutting edge design concepts as well as proven experience in designing high-end web-based software applications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Must have a minimum of 6 plus years web application development experience using ASP.NET, VB.NET, JavaScript HTML, SQL Server
• Must have 1 year high-end web-based application design experience and knowledge of web architectures
• Must have experience with Transact SQL
• Experience working within Microsoft Windows platform.
• Must be a team player and comfortable working with support, sales, graphics and technical staff
• An overall willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
• Detail oriented with an ability to see the “Big Picture” in order to design stable, scaleable software products.
• Responsible self-starter who is able to work without direct supervision.
• Strong time management skills to manage multiple projects.
