Juicing with kale offers people a number of health benefits. – 1 Stalk of celery

– 2 Cucumbers

– 4 Kale leaves

– 2 Apples

Much similar to broccoli, kale also provides anti-cancer benefits by improving the regeneration of healthy cells.
