Kale Concoction


Juicing with kale offers people a number of health benefits. Ingredients:

– 1 Stalk of celery

– 2 Cucumbers

– 4 Kale leaves

– 2 Apples

Kale, also known as Borecole, is a leafy green vegetable containing high levels of chlorophyll. While considered a wild cabbage, kale will come in different varieties and can provide healing benefits to the blood. This nutritious vegetable also contains significant amounts of Omega 3 ALA, calcium, potassium, copper, iron and vitamins B1, B2, C, E and K. Much similar to broccoli, kale also provides anti-cancer benefits by improving the regeneration of healthy cells. Other treatments may include indigestion, stress, inflammation, and even bad cholesterol.
