July 19, 2006 - Neighborhood America, providing the leading solution for online engagement
and interaction via all forms of public comment, today announced that it has named Robert
Toatley as vice president of sales and marketing. In this new role, Toatley will be responsible
for expanding national sales and fostering relationships across all lines of business. This key
addition to the executive team will help Neighborhood America reaffirm its position as the driving
force in next-generation, constituent engagement, interaction and management software-as-a
service platform.
"As Neighborhood America expands its footprint in the digital marketplace, we continue to
develop solutions specifically designed to meet the unique constituent engagement/interaction
needs of the government, media and business sectors," said Kim Patrick Kobza, president and
CEO of Neighborhood America. "Robert brings with him a successful history of developing and
growing businesses in emerging markets, and has demonstrated success in creating and
maintaining long-lasting business relationships."
With more than 20 years of experience in the IT and software industries, Toatley has an
extensive background in business management and sales. He has enjoyed success in various
sales leadership positions with prominent organizations such as IBM, Silicon Graphic and
Lawson Software. Most recently, he served as Vice President for Sales and Account
Management for Thomson FindLaw, a website design and optimization company. Prior to
FindLaw, Toatley was Vice President of Sales for SPS Commerce. At SPS, Toatley
successfully managed sales strategies for retailers and distributors, and directed positioning for
customers to foster growth in targeted markets.
"I have spent my career helping innovative software companies expand their presence in the
global marketplace," said Toatley. "Organizations in the government, media and business
sectors simply must possess the ability to effectively interact with their constituents.
Neighborhood America's unique solution set provides organizations with the tools they need to
listen, engage and act upon the issues that are salient to their customers. I believe there is
enormous opportunity in this new market, as organizations begin to realize that digital
interaction in an organized structured way will allow them to make informed business decisions
and achieve optimal results. I look forward to working with Neighborhood America's talented
team to drive the company's ongoing success."
