Neighborhood America's Expansion Continues with New Leadership in Business Developmen

Digital Media Expert Steve Ennen Joins Neighborhood America as Director of Business Development

December 17, 2007 - Neighborhood America today announced its continued expansion to address the growing demand for enterprise social network solutions with the appointment of media professional Steve Ennen as Director of Business Development.

Ennen is responsible for business development, primarily in the media and publishing industries, and will continue to share his subject matter expertise with peers and colleagues through national speaking engagements. For more than 15 years, Ennen has served in various media leadership roles, including editorial director and most recently as head of Digital Business Strategies for American Business Media. Additionally, he is an instructor of digital marketing at New York University. His background has provided him with a unique understanding of the challenges and difficulties that media and publishing companies face in leveraging social networks to advance their business.

"Steve has been at the forefront of our industry for several years and is a respected thought-leader within the publishing industry," said Dan Miller, VP, Neighborhood America. "He is a welcome addition to our leadership team, joining a series of key hires over the past several months that combine to provide our customers with an exceptional level of expertise."

The company's efforts to continue educating new markets on the value of enterprise social networks have been propelled by the hiring of both Ennen and another recent hire, Sandra Susino, also Director of Business Development. Susino brings to Neighborhood America over ten years of stellar achievements in consulting and developing business strategies for both the entertainment and media segments with industry heavyweights Deloitte and IBM.

"I am excited to take my career to the next level, with a company that shares my vision for the industry and the role that enterprise social networks will play," said Ennen. "I have been dedicated to helping companies develop strategic plans to successfully enter new digital markets. With Neighborhood America, I gain the ability to also offer proven solutions to bring those plans to reality."

As Neighborhood America continues to advance its leadership position in the industry, the company will continue to hire the best and brightest people to support its growing customer base. To complete its recently announced expansion, the company expects to hire up to 40 additional employees in the coming months. For more information, visit www.neighborhoodamerica.com.
