
October 26, 2005 - To our valued Customers, Business Partners, and Shareholders,
Many of you have heard about and seen the damage that Hurricane Wilma has done to Naples, where our corporate headquarters reside, as well as many other areas across Southern Florida. We want to assure you that the wrath of Hurricane Wilma has now departed, and we are safe, and standing by, ready and eager to serve you, our valued Customers, Business Partners, and Shareholders.
We are very fortunate that we came out of this storm, which was devastating to many, without damage to our facility or injuries to our employees. Our technical teams responded immediately, keeping our systems, phones and e-mail up and running. Our staff showed their determination by making their best efforts, despite their personal hardships, to return to work, pull together, and continue making sure their business runs as smoothly as possible.
I thank you for your patience, support, and concerns at this time. It is our pleasure to continue serving you with the quality you have come to expect with every Neighborhood America offering.
We wish to express our sincere appreciation for all of your thoughts as we weathered the storm of Wilma. We are indeed counting our blessings and are ready to resume business as usual.
As we bid farewell to Wilma, we are reaching out to help our neighbors in need who were not as fortunate. At the same time, we will continue to stay connected with you, and deliver the unsurpassed support and quality you deserve and expect.
Again, thank you for your thoughts and concerns over the past few days. Some of us may need new roofs, much of the local landscaping has been uprooted, and many of our homes remain without power and water. But rest assured that as a Company, we have persevered!
