Neighborhood America Hires Industry Veteran Jim Haughwout As CIO To Spearhead Technology Development

Prior to joining Neighborhood America, Jim's leadership at Amgen led to a 21-fold increase in project completion rate across a $70 million technology portfolio. While serving as Technology Director for Architecture and Core Systems at AOL, he created integrated platforms and used reliability engineering to achieve up-times exceeding 99.999% while delivering over 11,000 transactions per second, 24x7x365.

Haughwout's experience spans both the public and private sectors, providing him with the foundation needed to deliver world-class solutions to the company's three industry sectors: business, media and government. He holds a Masters Degree in Business and Government Affairs from Harvard University and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from MIT.
