Kim Patrick Kobza is a co-founder of Neighborhood America and has led the company through its growth and development since 1999. Mr. Kobza developed many of the original concepts on which the company is founded, helps drive its ongoing vision, and is responsible for revenue growth.

Mr. Kobza has had a diverse career characterized by involvement in leadership practices and community building. His background includes education and practice in economics, business, and law.  Through this knowledge and experience, he has also authored extensively to promote ‘know-how’ for community leadership. He frequently speaks on the importance of leadership and community building and participates in ongoing education and leadership opportunities with many national leadership organizations, including the Harvard Executive Leadership series on Cross Boundary Collaboration.

Mr. Kobza holds a J.D. from Wayne State University; B.S. degrees from Central Michigan University in the areas of Economics, Mathematics and Earth Sciences.

David Bankston is the co-founder and chief technology officer for Neighborhood America. Specializing in software integration and technical innovation, David has devoted much of his career to creating next generation technologies specifically designed to solve real world business problems.  David was honored by the U.S. Black Engineer and Information Technology Magazine as a 2008 Modern-Day Technology Leader.

Under his leadership, Neighborhood America’s solutions have been successfully adopted nationwide by various organizations.  Media companies such as FOX News, ABC, CBS, Rodale and Scripps Networks are turning to Neighborhood America in order to harness the power of the Web to effectively manage audience interaction.  

Prior to Neighborhood America, David's technology career included 15 years at LexisNexis where he was responsible for many innovations that are still in use today. David builds upon his real world experience as an Adjunct Professor at Ohio’s Antioch University McGregor. His lectures focus on the role and impact technology plays in the workplace and in people’s lives.

Prior to joining Neighborhood America, Miller founded BizTank, Startup Florida Ventures, Pongo Software and PlanetResume.com. He earned his Bachelors Degree from Brandeis University and the Birthing of Giants program at MIT. Dan Miller is a nationally recognized speaker and expert on leveraging technology to strengthen competitive positioning.

Dan Bevarly’s experience in the public sector enables him to uniquely understand the challenges facing governments today. As Senior Director of Neighborhood America’s public sector development, he shares his expertise to help agencies adapt to the changing environment of online citizen interaction.

Prior to joining the company, Dan worked as a public affairs and IT consultant. He also spent 13 years in local government working within a mayor’s administration in roles including communications specialist, economic development and intergovernmental affairs.

Mr. Bevarly earned a M.P.A. degree from the University of Kentucky and a B.S. degree from the University of Louisville.

Steve Ennen is an award-winning media professional. Prior to joining Neighborhood America, Ennen served as vp, digital business strategies at American Business Media where he advised dozens of companies on digital transformation, video and mobile messaging, and development of digital revenue strategies. He has worked with the U.S. State Department to educate foreign publishers on digital media and is an instructor of business media strategy at New York University.

A former publisher and editor, Ennen launched several award-winning print and digital media products in U.S. and global markets and has been published in scores of publications. He speaks around the globe on digital transformation strategies.

Ennen has a MA degree from DePaul University, Chicago; BA degrees from William Jewell College, Liberty, Mo., and has completed executive education at M.I.T. Sloan School of Management and Kellogg/Medill schools at Northwestern University.

Jason Breed is responsible for Neighborhood America's sales operations, with a focus on leading the company’s efforts in the social media marketplace. He also holds a leadership role in developing and maintaining relationships with the company's strategic alliances within the media industry and speaks nationally on emerging trends in the social networking space.

Jason's career has focused in high-growth industries, building teams to identify emerging market needs and tailoring solutions to meet those needs.  His dynamic, engaging presentations focus on building high value communities and leveraging social media technologies to meet strategic objectives within the enterprise.
